From what I remember when I was developing for it, WEBWEAVR III (a Java
toolkit for manipulating Bayesian networks) includes something like this.
The toolkit is available for free from
http://www.cs.uregina.ca/~yxiang/ww3/index.html, though I'm not sure if you
get the source code or just the Java bytecode.
