When doing LS, we can get the P'(Clq'i) numbers that are listed on page 283 of Nepoltian, but not the ending result when the Lung Cancer cliques are order in a differnt manner than they are in the book.
It seems really strange that if the alpha value makes a difference why would it not show up in the P'(clq'i) value, but it does show up when evidence is introducted into the BN. Because if the cliques are ordered in the way that Nepolitan orders them you get the inference value that you are suppose to.
