The Bayesian networks repository started by Nir Friedman has moved from the Berkeley location and can now be found at:
http://www.cs.huji.ac.il/labs/compbio/Repository
The repository includes datasets in different network formats along with documentation and links. It is now undergoing a major overhaul and will soon include:
1. Additional artificial networks.
2. New real-life datasets.
3. Tools for conversion between different formats.
4. Additional tools such as graphical viewer of a
network, etc.
