First Call for Papers
Knowledge Based Software Engineering
Currently, a wide range of issues related to knowledge-based or
automated software engineering is topic of an intensive research. Papers
describing some of the major open research
issues of the field including, but not limited to, the following areas
are solicited:
software architecture and component reuse
agents on internet and intranet
domain modelling
semiformal and formal specifications
design patterns
post-object-oriented programming paradigms including
agent-oriented
aspect-oriented
generative programming
multiparadigm appraches
knowledge discovery
program understanding and learning
Prospective authors are kindly asked to contact the guest editor as
early as possible and to communicate a title and a short abstract of
their intended submission.
Prospective authors should follow the regular guidelines of the Journal
and submit their work electronically (by e-mail) to the guest editor by
the following due dates:
Full papers are due March 18, 2001 in any format of PDF, PS, or MS
Word
Authors notification on acceptance by July 15, 2001
Final revisions of accepted papers are due by the end of August,
2001, prepared in LaTeX (using the Informatica style file; available
from the Informatica WWW site) or in MS
Word following the descriptions on the same page.
