Imladris elves are smart, I really dig those books they read
And the Mirkwood elves at their autumn feasts
Are drinking flagons full of mead
The Sindar at the Mithlond sing beside the roaring surf
And Ithilien elves, in their ilex glades
Are dancing on the turf..

         I wish they all could be Lothlorien,
         I wish they all could be Lothlorien,
         I wish they all could be Lothlorien elves


Lothlorien has the mallorns, and the elves sing in the trees
  I dig a high talan under golden leaves
When it's swayin' in the breeze
I been all over Middle-earth, but wherever I have gone
My heart was yearnin' to be under the stars
Back in Caras Galadhon...
